The same problems.
Every time.

Across every finance transformation engagement, the same underlying problems appeared. Transaction processing was inconsistent. Month-end took too long. The numbers could not be trusted. There was no forward view, and cash was a guess. The finance function was always catching up, never driving.

These were not technology problems. They were deeper than that: problems of control, of sequencing, of workflow, and yes, of process and the software beneath it. But every one of them can be engineered. Sequenced, controlled, automated, made to run the same way every time. A centre of excellence, at the heart of your business.

FrontierFn exists to change that. We took what works inside a major corporate, then overlaid our own experience of running finance inside SMEs, to build a model that delivers the same outcomes for a growing business, at a fraction of the cost.
